I love making socks with my marled handspun! Handspun socks are so cheery on rainy and cold days. There are many, many, many ways to make socks out there, but I've always loved the 'Basic Socks' pattern by Ravelry user Winwick Mum. The pattern is free, easy to follow, and easily adaptable for different yarn weights and foot sizes. I always recommend this pattern to new sock knitters.
