Forestland Sweater

Pattern Suggestion for handspun yarn

Forestland Sweaterby Jennifer Steingass of knit.love.wool

The Forestland Sweater was all the rage last year and I loved seeing how knitters paired yarns for this beautiful colorwork pattern.
I had about 150 yards of a gradient skein left over from my Radiant Gradient boomerang and thought it would look lovely as the Fair Isle yoke. Here are both finished projects together: the mosaic Radiant Gradient shawl and the colorwork sweater. One skein of handspun yarn can go a long way!

And if you've never made a stranded or Fair Isle sweater, this is a great one for beginners! The pattern is repetitive and easy to memorize.
